You will be the first point of contact for our customers, requiring a patient and respectful demeanor, and the ability to handle high volumes of inbound calls effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls to assist customers with their garage door needs.
  • Provide exemplary customer service and support, enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to sales targets.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with effective listening abilities.
