Pay: $16.00 to start. As responsibilities grow and more knowledge of the industry grows attendance is on point and are able to demonstrate job duties in a professional and organized manor, we are willing to revisit that amount but not before 90 days.

Primos Garage Doors LLC is looking for a driven, hard-working Runner Technician to help with moving the production of the day along for installs and repairs and picking up material from the manufacturer. The technician will be required to assist with repairs and installations of operating systems and Garage Door Both residential and commercial. Ultimately, a garage door Runner technician should demonstrate strong communication skills and possess the ability to effectively troubleshoot problems in a timely manner while maintaining a high standard of work.

Qualifications:

• Excellent mechanical and technical skills
• Physically able to move items weighing 75 lbs. or higher
• Able to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time
• Possess interpersonal skills to relate to customers and solve issues
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition
• Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting events happening at the same time
• Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be persuasive with customers when necessary

• 4 weeks apprentice training in home location market

 Responsibilities:

• As our technician, you will be responsible for the sales and service of residential and custom garage doors. Technicians will travel to various service calls throughout the day
• You will be interacting with customers daily throughout our service areas
• To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized, efficient, and have practical problem-solving skills
• You will be interacting with our customers daily and having patient and respectful behavior is a must as you are representing our Garage Door company
• Assemble mechanical components or machine parts
• Adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Order replacement springs, sections, or slats
• Repair or replace worn or broken door parts using hand tools
• Disassemble equipment for maintenance or repair
• Remove parts or components from equipment
• Install hardware or other interior fixtures
• Fabricate parts or components
• Run wiring to connect equipment
• Lubricate equipment to allow proper functioning
• Test mechanical equipment to ensure its functioning properly
• Document operational activities
• Collect payments for good or services

Physically able to move items weighing 75 lbs. or higher, lift garage door panels above head. Able to stand on a ladder for extended periods of time. Possess, Equipment, Skilled Trades, Mechanic, Customer service skills.

 Primos Garage Doors LLC is looking for a driven, hard-working technician
to install and repair garage doors and operating systems. The technician
will be required to install and service garage doors as well as
troubleshoot problems such as jumped cables, faulty photo eyes, ETC. They
will also give estimates based on the needs of the customer and advise on
the appropriate materials. Ultimately, a garage door technician should
demonstrate strong communication skills and possess the ability to
effectively troubleshoot problems in a timely manner while maintaining a
high standard of work.

*Technician Requirements:*

• Able to safely lift 50 pounds over your head.
• One years’ experience in the garage door service field.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Integrity, honesty, and reliability a must.
